Narrates the work of the gauchos in a solitary and isolated valley of southern Patagonia, showing the sacrifice of a profession headed towards extinction. Through the story of the herders during the course of a year, we´ll see the work that is carried out in each season, including the crude Patagonian winter and the drive of six thousand sheep in autumn and spring. We´ll listen incredible anecdotes about experiences in the countryside and reflections about their most intimate feelings, in a land where man and animal have a very close relationship of work and survival.

Currently Troperos will be screening exclusively in national and international film festivals,

the premiere in cinemas or video on demand is not yet defined.

Troperos conforms a photography book which, with the documentary, portrays the life and work of the gaucho in Patagonia.
